Feedback Regarding Services Received From The Aftercare Resource Centre


To keep both our staff and our services at the highest possible standard we encourage you to give us feedback about your experience whether this is positive or negative.

We take complaints seriously and if you have any concerns about the service you receive we invite you to take the following steps:-

  • Either telephone the Manager at ARC on (07) 3255 2848 or 1800 501 560 or address a letter to the Manager at 26 Merivale Street, South Brisbane, QLD 4101
  • If you don't feel comfortable speaking with the Manager or if your concerns have not been dealt with to your satisfaction you can express your concerns to the Chief Executive Officer of Relationships Australia at Lot 13, 107 Miles Platting Road, Eight Mile Plains, QLD 4113
  • If you are still not satisfied you may consider contacting the following people
